If you receive a "connection error" when ordering a product, it means a symbol was used in any of the address fields or the borrower/co-borrower fields. Common symbols are "&" and "apostrophe" that break the connection to the vendor in the code.
Please remove any symbols in the address and/or name fields and try to order again. It should go through successfully.
