lnitial Password Creation
* When clicking on link to enter Borrower Portal, the login page will appear.
- The pages advises the member to enter the email addressed used for borrower portal.
- The pages also advises the member to CREATE a password. The page will advise what is allowed/not allowed for password entry when they start typing in the password field.
- Automated/Created passwords by Iphone Password Generator will not be accepted in this app
Password Reset
* If the member doesn't click on the link within 5 days of receiving the email and/or text, the link will expire.
- You will need to contact the Customer Success team to reset the link on the platform.
- Advise the member to only use the new link and CREATE a password to login.
* If the member tries too many times, the link will be locked and the member will be locked out of the account. A new account will need to be setup in order to use the Borrower Portal platform.
* If the member is receiving a message of "something went wrong", please contact support and we will reset the link and send a new email
