How to Enable/Disable a User in Coviance
- Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner of the page. Click on your name and a drop-down menu will appear. Select “My Company”.
- Select “Users” on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the “New User” button.
- Enter in the user’s First Name, Last Name, and Email in the appropriate fields.
- Select the proper User Role for the user.
Note: “Normal User” gives the user access to all standard functionality. “Manager” provides the same access as a “Normal User”, as well as the ability to add/disable users and view and access reports offered within the platform. - Click the "Integrations" purple button - another field with pop up
- Enter in the user's ML username
- IMPORTANT: Make sure to include any capitalizations and underscores in the ML name. If it doesn't match exactly, it will not map correctly
- All other fields are optional. Fill in as you deem appropriate.
- Click on "Create User" and the user is now added to the platform.
- Once added, you will return to the Users screen.
- Have the user log into Coviance through ML to make sure the mapping was successful.

If you receive an error message and it has "No User Mapping" at the end of it, this is what it means:
It means the ML username is incorrect. Coviance needs the full ML username, including any capitalization, underscores, or abbreviations in the username. If lender is not sure, the user user needs to contact the ML representative to confirm username and report that back to Coviance.
