How to Enable/Disable a User in Coviance
Non-MeridianLink Users
- Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner of the page. Click on your name and a drop-down menu will appear. Select “My Company”.
- Select “Users” on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the “New User” button.
- Enter in the user’s First Name, Last Name, and Email in the appropriate fields.

Select the proper User Role for the user.
Note: “Normal User” gives the user access to all standard functionality. “Manager” provides the same access as a “Normal User”, as well as the ability to add/disable users and view and access reports offered within the platform. - All other fields are optional. Fill in as you deem appropriate.
- Click on "Create User" and the user is now added to the platform.
- Once added, you will return to the Users screen.
- Click on the 3 dots on the right hand side of the screen in their row and click on "Send Access Invite".
- This will send the user a welcome email to set up their password to be able to access the Coviance site.

MeridianLink Users
Only users with Manager access can add new users
- Click on your name in the upper right corner
- Choose My Companies
- Click on Users in the left hand menu and list of users will appear
- Add users by clicking the "Add New User" button.
- Enter in First Name, Last Name, Email and User Role
- Click on Add Integration button

Type in ML username
- Include any capitalization and/or underscores
- Click on “Update User” button and process is complete
- Once user is created, it will show up on the list of users

DO NOT SEND OUT AN ACCESS EMAIL, WELCOME EMAIL OR PASSWORD RESET EMAIL
- ML users don’t login directly through the platform. They obtain access to our platform through the ML Integration. They don’t need a separate login or password to the platform.
